Mumbai at night – Worli

Just loved the way Mumbai looks at night. Was travelling from Bandra to CST when I asked the taxi driver to stop the vehicle at the start of the sea link so that I can capture this view of Worli. 4 second exposure at f/6.3 200mm. You must of-course see the full view to appreciate it. Click on the image on the left to do so.

“Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication!” claimed Leonardo da Vinci. This means every simple thing we see is a work of genius in the end.

 

It could be with respect to an invention like of the wheel, simple design, simple to make, but a work of wonder on how its made our lives easier, Imagine riding my bike with Square tires! So

I finished reading Richard Branson’s autobiography “losing my virginity” a few days back. An overall brilliant read, although towards the end it does get a bit boring. In the end what captivates you is the risks he took. He did unconventional things (at least it looked unconventional to him), he bet most of his money
