“Once I saw a chimpanzee gaze at a particularly beautiful sunset for a full 15 minutes, watching the changing colors (and then) retire to the forest without picking a pawpaw for supper.”
Adriaan Kortlandt
Sunset images like these are very easy to capture and give stunning results. 1/3 rule works well for this, and I prefer not placing the sun right in the middle. The palm trees and boat silhouette ofcourse add to the value of the snap. Clicked during my short vacation at Colomb beach, near Palolem, Goa.

On August 28, 1963, An African American in a black suit, stood on the steps on Lincoln Memorial. In front of him was a crowd of 2,00,000. The next 17 mins were history as he unveiled to the world his “I have a Dream” speech. Below is a text version of his speech which even today sends a chill through the spine to do something against an unjust world.
I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.
Five score years ago, a great American, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the Emancipation Proclamation. This momentous

“You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.”
Just a small reminder to everyone, life is too short to hold grudges, hatred, jealousy, anger, resentment, sorrow, grief, pain and whatever else troubling your mind.
When you step into the sea, and you are hit by an unsuspecting wave, which sweeps you off your feet, you yell in terror and excitement as you are droped much further away, you make an

Just loved the way Mumbai looks at night. Was travelling from Bandra to CST when I asked the taxi driver to stop the vehicle at the start of the sea link so that I can capture this view of Worli. 4 second exposure at f/6.3 200mm. You must of-course see the full view to appreciate it. Click on the image on the left to do so.
