Every year Villa Concordia (International Artists House), Bamberg (Germany) awards scholarships to few German and foreign artists from the various fields and invites them to work in Bamberg. Work of famous artists are also showcased and at times bought by a citizen initiative like this one called “Woman with Fruit” a brass sculpture by the famous Columbian sculptor Fernando Botero which now stands at “Hay Market”. He is known to make what is termed by his critics as “fat figures”.

Klein-Venedig (Little Venice)

Its called Little Venice because of the beautiful row of houses from the 19th century along one side of the river Regnitz. Quite a few old and historically important buildings around this area, and is definitely a photographers paradise.

Sinquerim beach under the moonlight

Clicked this at Sinquerim beach late evening few days back. The cloudless clear sky with the moon, just at twilight created a nice effect on the sky, the orange twilight sky at the horizon and the dark blue night sky mingle with a nice gradient. The crescent moon, and the palm trees and beach silhouette adds to this image.

A few drinks down and soon enough one starts talking about the future.. or his/her existence in this world, what his/her goals are.. what the path ahead leads too.. Well the best part of the future is that “we dont know what we don’t know”, and hence we can never predict it.
