This shows an example where a low light source is in the frame rather then just the reflected light from the source on the subject. Notice how the viewer attention now alternates between the candle the the person, and since the lamp is more brighter than the subjects face you tend to see the image from its perspective. Compared it to the previous snap “Candle light portrait” where the attention was focused only on the subjects face.
